Danger, Will Robinson!

One of the most frightening phrases one can hear on the mat is someone saying

“So, I saw this thing on Youtube…?” 

You just KNOW that anything following that statement is going to be very similar to a middle school dance: extremely awkward, highly uncomfortable, and will definitely involve the phrase “I don’t think that’s supposed to go there” being uttered more than once.

Origin

In the Beginning, God created the Word. The Word sets the tone for all actions taken after it’s utterance. One must be able to endure the Word, for through the trials & tribulations it brings, it will eventually lead the strong to glory.

And that word was “Burpees”.
